No outside food and beverage of any kind may be brought into the hotel by clients or attendees.

Food Stations may be displayed for a maximum of 2 hours. Break items may be displayed for a maximum of 30 minutes.

For all labour, a 13% tax will be applied. For events actualizing on a statutory holidays, a $2,000 CAD, taxable labour charge will apply.

Guarantee number is due at 12:00pm three (3) business days prior to the function date. If your guarantee is not received by that time, we will utilize your original count and that will become the effective guarantee. After 12:00pm three (3) business days prior to the function date, the guarantee cannot be lowered.

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to a 15.5% taxable service charge, a 6.5% taxable administration & facility fee, and 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
