Connectivity is key
• We receive, store and handle vast volumes of cargo, both imports and exports. • Getting to and from the ports is crucial to their competitiveness • Road, Rail and other transport could all be improved Roads
• Immingham & Grimsby have great connectivity by road – A180 / M180 • Goole also has quick links to the M62 Roads - Hull
• Hull is poorly served by road – M62 stops at North Cave – A63 overloaded • Port growth harder as a result Roads - Hull The Future
• Industrial Strategy • Brexit • Free Ports • Northern Powerhouse / TfN / Devolution Thank you
