Concettina & Allyn Arnold

For more than two decades, Concettina (Lee) and Allyn Arnold have been enthusiastic season ticket holders and generous supporters of the San Luis Obispo Little Theatre. From their beautiful home in Cayucos, they have traveled throughout the county to enjoy all the many great performing arts events offered here in San Luis Obispo County, including the San Luis Obispo Symphony, the Vocal Arts Ensemble and OperaSLO. In addition to their support of our season shows, the Arnolds are also generous donors to Little Theatre’s Academy of Creative Theatre, encouraging young talent to grow in a lively, fun and educational environment. The Arnolds feel it is important to support and encourage local talent and they appreciate all the many opportunities they and others have to enjoy live theatre, music and the visual arts here on our beautiful Central Coast.

4 San Luis Obispo Little Theatre In Loving Memory of Bob Bostrom, by the Bostrom Family

Robert “Bob” Bostrom was born in 1930 in Independence, Missouri and passed away in October, 2015 at his home in San Luis Obispo. Bob, with his wife Ruth, was a longtime supporter of the Little Theatre. Bob said they’d been fans ever since they saw Paint Your Wagon at the Labor Union Hall in 1957. Almost 60 years! For at least the past 10 years, you could always find Bob and Ruth sitting in front row center at the first Sunday matinee for every single show. We have dearly missed Bob’s presence here at the theatre this season, but we will remember him with love and gratitude for many years to come. If you didn’t know Bob, you really missed out. A graduate of Cal Poly, and a proud retired staff member (after 40 years on the job!) Bob was a member of the Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo, the Retired Active Men (RAMS) and a dedicated member of the First Presbyterian Church. He loved musical comedies, card games, and good times with family and friends; but most of all he loved to make people laugh. His generous spirit and wonderful sense of humor will be missed but we are so very grateful for the time we had with him and we are honored to dedicate this show to his memory.

Gray skies are gonna clear up, Put on a happy face! Brush off the clouds and cheer up, Put on a happy face!

And spread sunshine all over the place, Just put on a happy face!

Thank you to Ruth, and to the entire Bostrom Family, for their continued support of the San Luis Obispo Little Theatre.
