IA Interior Architects is a global firm of architects, designers and strategists. They partnered with Lineage for a full floor fit out for their new office in New York, which was listed in Crain's as one of the “Top 5 Coolest Offices”. This project included an elevator lobby, meeting and conference rooms and open-air working spaces, each of with was suited with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. The modern space was complete with concrete floors, open ceilings and vibrant millwork, giving an overall open, playful feel to the space.

The project also included new core bathrooms, a pantry, café and various amenity spaces. 17

Lineage Construction was contracted for the 4th and 5th floor build-out of Vital Strategies Global Headquarters at 100 Broadway. Vital Strategies is a global public health organization working to solve international health emergencies. The design was centered around the modern staircase which connects the open-concept office spaces for the world-renowned non-profit. Lineage worked hand in hand with building architect, MKDA, and Vital Strategies designer, Future Expansion Architects.

Lineage Construction completed the build-out of M.M. LaFleur’s corporate office at 100 Broadway in conjunction with the building architect, MKDA. M.M. LaFleur is a workwear company that offers virtual styling and is committed to empowering women in the workplace.

The 20,000 square foot project included the build-out of a sophisticated, yet inviting, Showroom, Pergola and Collaborative Meeting Spaces. Throughout the space, the theme of comfort and elegance is displayed through the usage of natural woods, customized lighting,

Lineage Construction was hired to renovate the lobby of 100 Broadway into a stunning state-of-the-art building lobby. The high-end finishes of the lobby mirror its original elegance when first built in 1897 with the integration of modern design elements. The lobby work also included building the new all-glass entrance accompanied by fully renovated elevator cabs.

SQUARE 10,000 SF FOOTAGE ADDRESS 5 COLUMBUS CIRCLE

Lineage Construction, in partnership with Ionian Management, completed this state-of-the-art facility for Columbia University Fertility Center located at 5 Columbus Circle. The facility includes an ultra-modern IVF lab, procedure rooms, exam rooms, offices, reception area, waiting room, and conference rooms. All construction work was within the stringent guidelines and regulations for healthcare facilities. The architect on the project was Gertler Wente Architects.

SQUARE 3,000 SF FOOTAGE ADDRESS 158 WOOSTER ST.

Lineage completed this showroom and storage project for Bulthaup, a German kitchen manufacturer, at 158 Wooster Street. The space features a design showroom and large space for product presentations, which included custom-wiring for the space for the various appliances. All aspects of the company are illustrated in the showroom setting as well as corporate offices, conference rooms, and customer service.

Lineage was hired as the residential general contractor to renovate and improve a luxury condominium located in the Olympic Tower in midtown of New York City. The project entailed meeting the most stringent quality guidelines for their high-end interiors for the multi- million-dollar condominium renovation. The work included building out a full-service luxury kitchen, stunning master bathroom, walk-in closet, powder room and overall custom wood flooring restoration. We installed customized fixtures and luxury fittings throughout the unit.

Lineage was hired as the general contractor to assist in the renovation of an apartment at 56 Leonard Street. Also referred to as the “Jenga Building” 56 Leonard Street is a 57-story skyscraper on Leonard Street in the Tribeca neighborhood of NYC. Our work began with the demolition of the existing luxury apartment, followed by custom wood flooring installation. We also made essential functional upgrades throughout the unit.

Lineage was hired to upgrade the commercial warehouse and distribution center for Duane Reade in Maspeth.

The construction of industrial warehouses requires two main priorities: to keep the inventory, equipment, and machinery secure and safe and to provide expectational durability for decades of uninterrupted use. For Duane Reade, our work entailed a complex web of functional features critical to meeting such priorities. This included a backflow prevention system, temperature-controlled environments, robotic automation, AS/RS conveyor

33 systems, and overall fire rating improvements.

Lineage Construction was hired to modify the existing Edison Parking Garage at 332 West 34th Street in the heart of Times Square. The project consisted of structural and architectural upgrades. These included new Egress staircases, an elevator pit, shaft and bulkhead, column relocations for additional parking spots and a revamped customer service area. Thanks to these changes, the garage can now support additional customers and vehicles.
