AFZALGUNJ POLICE NABBED A NOTOROIOUS GANG WHO COMMITTED THEFT OF TSRTC METRO CITY BUS NO. AP 11 Z 6254 FROM MGBS, .

Details of the case and arrest :-

The Afzalgunj Police received a complaint from Sri Jaggari Venkatesham RTC Driver, employee no. 236345, regarding theft of an RTC bus, belonging to depot and running on 3K route, from the Bus Depot at MGBS, Hyderabd on 24th April. Immediately, special teams were formed to gather evidence about the commission of offence and to trace the missing bus and apprehend the offenders.

The special teams found that the bus was committed theft and seen crossing the bus depot at 12.03 minutes on 24th April, after it was kept parked at 11.30 pm on the previous night.

The investigation teams followed the lead and soon discovered that the bus was heading towards Toopran and rushed the teams to the spot for causing enquiries. Once they got to know from the eye witnesses that the bus was on its way to Nanded of Maharashra, additional police teams were rushed to Nanded. Based on the leads in evidence, the police could locate a place where the stolen bus was taken with the help of towing crane after it broke down enroute, near Bokar, 60 km away from Nanded.

On reaching the spot, the dismembered parts of the stolen RTC bus were found intact. Assistance of the local police was obtained and nabbed the accused persons, A3 and A5 - A9 responsible for stripping the bus in to pieces for selling it as scrap and to make money.

Modus Operandi:

A1 and A2 are own brothers. They had stolen the parked bus for their personal needs to sell the same to A3, A4 for dismantling. A1 drove the same and handed over the stolen bus to A3 and A4 at beside Main Road, Bharat Petrol Pump, Martal, Nanded District, MH State. They took an amount of Rs. 60,000/- from the A3, A4. The accused A3, A4 formed a gang with the help of their workers A5 to A9 and dismantled the stolen vehicles and kept ready for disposal.

A1) Syed Abed S/o. Syed Mahboob, age 27 years, Occ: Auto Driver, R/o. Opposite to Jam Osmania Railway Station, Chilakulaguda, Hyderabad.

A2) Syed Zehad S/o. Syed Mahboob, age 24 years, Occ: Auto Driver, R/o. Opposite to Jam Osmania Railway Station, Chilakulaguda, Hyderabad.

(A1 and A2 are own brothers who committed theft of the bus from CBS, Afzalgunj to sell the same to A3, A4 for their personal needs)

A3) Mohammed Naweed S/o. Late Shaik Makkaji, age 21 years, Occ: Scrap Work, R/o. Hyderbagh, Dhegloor Naaka, Nanded District, Maharashtra State.

(A3 is a distant relative of A1 and A2 and he is running a scrap business along with A4) A4) Farooq R/o Nanded, MH State. (absconding)

A5) Mohammed Zubair @ Sameer S/o. Mohammed Khaleel @ Shaik Babu, age 25 years, Occ: Labour (Gas Cutting Work), R/o. Degloor Naka, Nanded District, Maharashtra State.

A6) Mohd. Omer, S/o. Mohd. Khaleel, age 27 years, Occ: Labour (Gas Cutting Work), R/o. Degloor Naka, Famous functional, Nanded District, Maharashtra State.

A7) Syed Salman @ Arbaz S/o. Syed Shoukath, age 22 years, Occ: Labour (Gas Cutting Work) @ Auto Driver, R/o. Degloor Naka, Famous functional Hall, Nanded District, Maharashtra State.

A8) Mohd. Shafiq S/o. Md. Farooq, age 23 years, Occ: Labour (Gas Cutting Work), R/o. Degloor Naka, Famous functional hall, Nanded District, Maharashtra State.

A9) Md. Kaleem Bagwan S/o. Md. Haneef, age 23 years, Occ: Labour (Gas Cutting Work), R/o. Near Fathima High School, Gadegoan Road, Nanded District, Maharashtra State.

(A5 to A9 are workers of A3, A4 and who dismantled the stolen bus at a workshop near Main Road, Bharat Petrol Pump, Martal, Nanded District, MH State )

No’s 6 to 10 are seized from possession of the accused which were used in the commission of the offence) 11) Cash of Rs. 19,500/-

During the interrogation said accused confessed the offence and were later arrested and produced before the court.

INTERNATIONAL DRUG PEDDLER NABBED - SEIZED (20) GRAMS OF COCAINE & (9) ECSTASY PILLS (MDMA- METHYLENE DIOXY METHAM PHETAMINE)

On 27-04-2018, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone Team nabbed one Nigerian national who found in possession of Narcotic substance/Drug i.e. Cocaine in order to deliver the same to needy customers. Seized (20) grams of Cocaine, (9) Ecstasy Pills (MDMA), (1) Weighing machine, (1) Tape and (1) Cell phone from his possession.

Details of Accused:

1. Jaun Paul Oneybuchi @ Ugochukwu S/o Rapheal, aged 35 yrs, R/o Syed Nagar, Road No.12, , Hyderabad, N/o Lagos State, Nigeria.

Modus Operandi:

The accused Jaun Paul Oneybuchi @ Ugochukwu is native of Lagos State, Nigeria. In the month of October-2008 he came to Kerala, on visiting VISA and resided at Kerala. In the year 2015 he shifted to Hyderabad, he used to visit Goa regularly. He used to visit night pubs every weekend and consume drugs such as Cocaine and Ganja at Goa. He also observed that some of their Nigerian nationals are purchasing Cocaine from unknown persons on lowest price and selling the same to needy customers in Hyderabad on higher price and getting profits for their lavish expenses. As such he also hatched a plan to sell the Cocaine to the needy customers in Hyderabad and also in Goa.

In this process, in the year 2016 the accused Jaun Paul Oneybuchi @ Ugochukwu was arrested by Mapusa PS while he was trying to sell Ganja at Goa on 25-07-2016. For which a case in Cr.No.223/2016 U/s 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act-1985 of Mapusa PS, Goa State was registered (At present the case is PT vide CC.No.26/2016 of NDPS Court, Mapusa, Goa) and also arrested in Cr.No.258/2016 U/s 7(i)(3) of Foreigner Order 1948 r/w 14 of Foreigner act 1946 3(2)(a) of Passport Entry into India Rules 1950 of Mapusa PS, Goa State and sent him to Judicial custody on 09-09-2016 (In this case he was convicted for 3 months SI and fine of Rs.5,000/- vide No.OA1758/2016/F of Mapusa Court, Goa). After releasing from jail he came to Hyderabad and resided at Jawahar Nagar, , District.

But he did not change his attitude and started supplying the Cocaine drug to his Nigerian nationals and also other needy customers on higher price by transporting the same from Goa on lowest price. In this process, on 24-07-2017 he along with his friends were arrested by LB Nagar PS vide Cr.No.813/2017 U/s 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act 1985, Sec.120(B) IPC, Sec.3(2)(a) and 6(a) of the Passport entry into India Rules-1950 and Sec 7(i)(iii) of the Foreign Act-1948 r/w Sec.14 of the Foreigners Act-1946 of LB Nagar PS, Rachakonda (In this case seized 7 Grams Cocaine, One Cell Phone and One Passport B.No.A03473304 from his possession) and send him to Judicial custody. After 11 months i.e. on 28-06-2018 he was released from Jail.

After releasing from jail he shifted his residence to Syed Nagar, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Later he started selling Cocaine to the needy persons in the area on higher rates by purchasing the same from the unknown persons on lowest price at Goa. The accused is purchasing Cocaine drug for Rs.5,000/- per 1 gram at Goa and selling the same to the needy customers for Rs.7,000/- to Rs.8,000/- per 1 gram in Hyderabad.

Today i.e. on 27-04-2019, the accused Jaun Paul Oneybuchi @ Ugochukwu was present at his residence, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad along with Cocaine drug, on credible information, the West Zone Task Force team apprehended him along with Cocaine Drug and Ecstasy Pills from his possession.

The accused along with the seized material being handed over to SHO, Banjara Hills PS, for further investigation to unearth the network with other local and foreign drug dealers.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri B.Gattu Mallu, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team, SIs Sri B.Durga Rao, Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri L.Bhaskar Reddy, Sri Md.Mujaffar Ali and on the information of PC.9586 Sri G.Lokeshwar Rao of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.

2 crores from the victims by inducing the complainant and other innocent public on the guise of providing dealerships for bio-diesel fuel stations across and

Andhra Pradesh and cheated without providing infrastructure or material as they promised and misappropriated the funds/money of the victims.

Basing on the collection of evidence, WCO Team – XI, CCS, DD, Hyderabad arrested the A-2) Parag Ramchandra Kamat at Dadar, Mumbai and produced today i.e. on 27-4-2019 before the Hon’ble XII ACMM, Nampally, Hyderabad on transit warrant.

This case is investigated by Sri Rajasekhar, Inspector of Police under the supervision of Sri G. Jogaiah, Addl. DCP, EOW, CCS, DD, Hyderabad.
