Savings Plus Network Overview

The Savings Plus network is a subset of the Managed Choice® network in the Savings Plus service areas. The Savings Plus service areas consist of all of Marin, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties; portions of Riverside and San Bernardino counties (excluding ZIP codes that begin with 922 and 923); and Solano county (excluding ZIP codes 94533, 94534, 94535, 95687, 95688, 95696). All non-emergency services performed outside of the California Savings Plus network of doctors and hospitals will be paid at the out-of-network benefits level. The following is based on April 1, 2016, networks The hospitals that are EXCLUDED from the Savings Plus network are any hospitals outside the Savings Plus service area and the hospitals listed below:
