; i This document is a compilation of available information on fish and tissue contamination levels from Vermont waters as well as boundary waters of Vermont. Data supplied herein originates from an eclectic collection of agencies and laboratories, spanning a 20 year time period. The data is presented in "raw" form; there has been no attempt to annotate this information. The Department of Environmental Conservation makes no claims to the quality of the data included in this report.

Table 1 begins by listing Vermont waters where contaminant data is available. Tables 2 through 16 show the actual data cited in Table 1. Information is presented in chronological order within each table. Table 17 shows data collected by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation from Lake Champlain. Table 19 gives a listing of available data from the Missisquoi Drainage collected by the Quebec Ministry of the Environment and Environment Canada. This data is available from the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation.

An effort was made to include as much ancillary information (number of samples, type of sample, etc.} as possible. Because, however, of format limitations and unavailability of some information, the original source should be accessed if complete information of this sort be required in fully evaluating the data.
