Clinical Interests: Andrew’s clinical interests include using cognitive behavioral therapy and third-wave approaches such as mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to treat anxiety and mood disorders and improve adherence to medical treatment among children and adolescents with comorbid medical conditions.

Clinical Interests: Corinne’s clinical interests include the treatment of co-occurring mood disorders and substance use. She is particularly interested in applying third-wave CBT therapies, such as ACT and DBT.

Research Interests: Corinne’s research interests include investigating co-occurring substance use and mood disorders, specifically understanding the neurobiological and cognitive mechanisms underlying their comorbidity, as well as identifying predictors of treatment outcome.

Dissertation Title: Role of Blame and Assault-Related Shame in Distress among Rape Victims

Clinical Interests: Prachi's clinical interest lies in multiculturally-sensitive treatments of traumatic sequelae as well as interventions that promote reductions of shame in therapy.

Research Interests: Prachi's research program focuses on understanding experiences of shame in women following sexual victimization. Through this scholarship, Prachi is interested in examining risk factors for post-victimization shame. Clinical Interests: Kim's clinical interests include assessment of neurological/neurodegenerative disease in patients with complex medical comorbidities, and integrative patient and family care for older adults.

Research Interests: Kim's research interests include assessment of neuropsychiatric symptoms in neurodegenerative disorders, and associations between neuropsychiatric symptoms and caregiver burden in dementia. Kim is also interested in the development of screening tools and supportive interventions for dementia care recipients and caregivers.

Clinical Interests: Tommy's clinical interests include assessment and intervention for both internalizing and externalizing disorders, and implementation of evidence-based practices in youth-serving settings to support the mental health and wellbeing of young children and teens.

Research Interests: In his research, Tommy engages with communities and stakeholders to identify and leverage natural, resource-efficient opportunities that promote resilience and healthy development among children and families impacted by socioeconomic disadvantage.

Research Interests: Tiffany's research interests include the etiological factors impacting comorbid PTSD and substance use. She is interested in the transdiagnostic processes implicated in these disorders, such as emotion regulation. Her recent work uses intensive longitudinal designs to capture these processes.

Clinical Interests: Julianne's clinical interests include transdiagnostic, emotion-focused case conceptualization and treatment (e.g., DBT, ACT, UP) for individuals with emotional disorders, particularly anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder.

Research Interests: Julianne's research focuses on the identification of transdiagnostic mechanisms that maintain symptoms across the range of emotional disorders, and the development and evaluation of treatment directly targeting these processes, particularly amongst higher-risk and severe behavioral presentations (e.g., suicidal thoughts and behaviors, non-suicidal self-injury).
