4.1 Scope of Consultation The City of Toronto, informed by the Planning Act, will require notification of DOUGLAS AVE public meetings to be distributed within a 120 metre radius of the redevelopment site. First Capital will use this direction to define their notification area, however, understands that the prominence of this site in the Upper Avenue community will draw participation outside this radius. Including a number of stakeholders with whom we have already had the opportunity to speak with.
