Sweet Easy Farm — Annie and Eslick Daniel Williamsport, TN The farm is located just south of the Water Valley community in Maury County. The property is mostly rolling hills with some steeper elevations on the eastern portions of the property. It features open pastures with some forested areas. The property is visible to the public driving on Bass Alderson Road and from the Water Valley overlook of the .

Haynes Farm – Michelle Haynes Bethpage, TN This property features rich bottomlands along Bledsoe Creek, forested rolling hills, and grassy uplands. The property contains two home sites, two large barns, a covered bridge entrance, and two smaller residential structures on the back of the property. There are three ponds and several trails winding through the property. The property is about 70% mixed hardwood forest and 30% open pasture.

Haynes Property – Clay Haynes Castalian Springs, TN Located along in Sumner County near Gallatin, this almost 58-acre property is relatively flat and open farmland, with forested areas around the perimeter of the property. Currently, cattle graze the property. This property has been in the same family since an 1858 land grant following the Civil War, and at one point was part of a much larger tract of land. The property is directly across the lake from .

Hunter’s Hill Farm — Karen Guy Old Hickory, TN Hunter’s Hill Farm is located in the Hermitage Area of Nashville in Old Hickory, Davidson County. The northern boundary of the property has almost one mile of frontage on Old Hickory Lake and is nearly adjacent to ‘The Hermitage’, the former home of Andrew Jackson. The property contains a 1900s farm house and is an active cattle farm.

Judy Property – Judy Guy Old Hickory, TN Located in a suburban area of northwestern Wilson County, this 45-acre property is relatively flat and open farmland, with some forested areas. The property is completely surrounded by residential development on all sides. A dirt and gravel driveway leads south from Saundersville Road to the primary house, and then continues on to the secondary house. The property includes two fields for horses and hay on the east side of the property, old growth trees from Saundersville Road back to the main house, and several barns and other agricultural structures in the southwest corner of the property. Scotts Creek flows through a small portion of the southwest corner of the property.

Hardin Property — Hal Hardin Watertown, TN The property is located in the southeast corner of Wilson County, adjacent to the Wilson-Cannon County line. It contains significant frontage on Smith Fork Branch, a tributary to the Caney Fork River. Although the land has very limited road frontage, it is highly visible from Highway 267, aka Statesville Highway. The property includes one small residence and several outbuildings and barns, all clustered together in the center of the property. The property is approximately 50% pasture and 50% mature hardwood forest that has not been timbered in over 30 years. According to the farmer that owned the land previously, the property contains over 16 miles of old stone walls.

Ingle Property – Joseph Ingle Nashville, TN The property is located in Davidson County, in the Scottsboro community, north of Ashland City Highway and very close to Beaman Park. Old Hickory is a major road and the Ingle property is clearly visible from the roadway. The property is comprised of two parcels totaling 26.97 acres. About one third is cleared fields and the remaining is forest with steep slopes. The Ingles have a garden on a portion of the cleared area in which they grow vegetables.

Wolff/Price Property — Kathleen Wolff Nashville, TN This land is in the “Beaman-to-Bell’s Bend” area northwest of downtown Nashville near the Ingle Property. It consists of 43 mostly forested acres with trees of varying ages. The only cleared land is around the house. The land fronts Old Hickory Blvd. and extends back from the road in a rectangle. The land is mostly on the side of a ridge, bordered by the ridge top on one side and a seasonal stream in a hollow on the other.

Porter Farm — David Jackson Williamsport, TN The property is generally rectangular in shape bounded on the east by Jimmy Gray Robinson Road, on the west by the Duck River, and on the south and north by other private landowners. Poplar Creek runs east/west, bisecting the property before flowing into the Duck River. The property is characterized by rolling hills with some higher elevations. There are some steep slopes on the property leading to the bottomlands along the Duck River.

The Land Trust for ’s Glen Leven Farm Nashville, TN The Land Trust for Tennessee’s Glen Leven Farm is an historic farm located just four miles from the center of downtown Nashville. The farm was given to The Land Trust in 2006 by Susan M. West, a descendant of Nashville settler Thomas Thompson who came to Nashville with James Robertson in the late 1780s. Today, The Land Trust for Tennessee conserves this hidden gem as a place that illuminates all aspects of its work – it is an historic, urban farm that serves as a recreational and educational resource and the office for The Land Trust’s staff. Members of The Chestnut Group (TCG) must submit requests for access to Glen Leven Farm at least 48 hours in advance to Madisson Macdonald at (615) 244-5263 or [email protected]. With prior approval, TCG members may be on the property between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, for the purpose of supporting the events described in the Fundraiser Agreement. Milky Way Farm Pulaski, TN The world-famous Milky Way Farm on Route 31, between Lynnville and Pulaski, has some of the most scenic, fertile land in Middle Tennessee. The historic property provides over one thousand acres of green pastures populated with herds of deer and flocks of , enhanced by lakes, streams, massive barns, trails, and breathtaking vistas. The Land Trust protects only portions of the property—the open vistas along Hwy 31 and Richland Creek.
