The Brief

City Architecture Office were appointed in January 2018 by a private individual to prepare a feasibility scheme for the redevelopment of the application site.

The site has an area of 0.6 hectares/1.5 acres

It is located in the centre of Well Hill , a hamlet on the outskirts of in , Kent.

The site is within an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The site is within metropolitian green belt.

These historic maps indicate that Well Hill has gradually intensified in residential development over the last 150 years.

There has been a change in surrounding land use from agriculural to residential. However, historically the site has always been within the settlement boundary of Well Hill.
