Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law Degree Program Options

This form should be completed by all students who are currently enrolled in the Juris Doctor and Graduate Diplomas in Comparative Law curriculum (JDCL) and wish to only receive the Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Students may elect to opt-out of the JDCL beginning in the fall semester of their 2L year. This form must be submitted to the Registrar (room 202) no later than the “last day to add classes” for the semester. The final day for opting out is the “last day to add classes” in the semester in which the student is planning to graduate. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for the exact date.
