My name is David Tamirat and I donated my $100 from the pay it forward program to the Anna's House Foundation. The Anna's House Foundation is a faith-based organization whose mission is to provide immediate, stable and loving homes for Oklahoma County children. The fact that I was able to just improve a child's life by just a bit was very fulfilling as my childhood was important to me, so I would like to thank the pay it forward program for this opportunity! - David Tamirat

I used the $100 from the pay it forward two different ways. First I saw that fellow members of St. Elijah, Rachel and Samuel Wilson set up a go fund me (an online platform to raise money) to help pay for their expenses that were brought on them unexpectedly by their baby that was born weeks earlier than expected. I figured by donating $50 help pay for the health deductible it would be a good way of giving back to someone in our church. I donated the other $50 to the Children's Hospital foundation in Oklahoma City which helps research and educate people on the health and well being of children, specifically those with sickness or injury. - Caleb Swearingen
