The venue is Sportpark Troja, home field of SaBaT Prague

Ballparks
- The games will be held at 2 fields – A and B - in one ballpark, constructed in 2008/2009.
- The diamonds are full-sized with clay infields, grass outfields and roofed dugouts.
- It encompasses two main diamonds – one for softball (Field A) and one for baseball – and one additional softball one (Field B). The European Softball Masters 2016 will take place on the field A and B.
- There is an extra practice field and three batting cages.

Clubhouse
- The Clubhouse is located between the two main fields. It includes a bar - which will be opened until late night hours during the tournament - and a small restaurant, surrounded by a terrace with a view of both fields. The changing rooms are positioned behind the restaurant.
Vicinity
- The ballpark is close to the river Moldau and a whitewater canal, where European Canoeing Championship takes place.
- Nearby, there is also the Prague Zoo, chateaux Troja and the Prague Botanic Garden.
- In wider neighborhood, you can also visit the National Gallery of Modern Art, the Prague exhibition grounds, the National Technical Museum and the Prague Castle.

Tournament Schedule
- The tournament is scheduled from Wednesday, June 22nd – Saturday, June 25th
- The unofficial After Party will be held in the evening of Thursday, June 23rd.
- The participants’ and tournament visitors’ party is suggested to take place on Friday, June 24th in the evening in Hotel Belvedere

Practice
- On Tuesday, June 21th it will be possible to arrange a 120-minute field practice for your team at either SaBaT A, or B field. The practice is free. Please, contact us, which hour is the most convenient for you.
- The orders will be satisfied on the “first come, first serve” basis. Do not forget to state the date, time and field you would like to have your practice at.
- During the whole tournament, you can practice in the batting cages and on the additional fields around the main diamonds.

Accommodation
- We’ve arranged one very good special accommodation offer for you in Hotel Belvedere and in Hotel Ariston that are close to the Sport park and which are enlisted below.
- Option includes breakfast. The price per person and night is 29 EUR=> give your attention to attached form.
- Please notice, that the preliminary reservation of your accommodation must be made before 31st March 2016 at the latest, at e-mail address: [email protected]
- And final confirmation within a first week in April.
- The deposit of 50% of the price must be paid within one week after receiving the final confirmation of your reservation and on 10th April 2016 at the latest. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, if you fail to keep the deadline (31st March 2016) for the reservation of your accommodation, we cannot guarantee the prices given in the offer as well as the availability of rooms in the hotel you have chosen. But we will try to arrange your accommodation anyway.

The traditional four-star Hotel Belvedere is located near the city centre as well as the Sport park. Hotel Belvedere offers wonderful accommodation and high level of services. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel, the underground station Vltavska is nearby and the International Airport is 12 km away. The hotel is situated in the center of Prague 7, transport time by tram to ballpark is 7 minutes. You will get to the city centre in 10 minutes, too.

Public Transportation
- The Sport park is well accessible with public transport. (See enclosed map). From Hotel Belvedere: - Tram: Line no. 17 from “Strossmayerovo náměstí” stop (4 stops, 7 minutes) From other places: - Metro and Tram: disembark Underground (Metro) line C at “Nádraží Holešovice” station; from there - tram line no. 17 to “Trojská” (1 stop).

Boarding (meals)
- If you would like us to provide lunch for your team, do not hesitate to contact us. The price of the meal will be around 10 EUR. Please, contact us as soon as possible, so that we can order your meals in time. Meals will be delivered from restaurants. => see the attached form for details.
- The Clubhouse provides small snack options.
- During the day (and in the evening), a selection of barbecued meat will be offered.

Tournament’s Website
On May 1st, 2016 the tournament website will be launched. We would like to place there at least the following: • A photo of your team • A roster of your team (can be changed later) • Your team’s logo
If you provide your players’ photos, numbers and/or description, we will place these on the website.

Final overview of important dates
