Each crew member must bring all ingredients to cook a nutritious, personal lunch using freezer bags in boiling water. Each crew member will cook his or her own meal. Ingredients to cook an Pre-cut and is allowed and encouraged. Pre-cooked food is allowed, but 6 5 4 individual lunch must be kept wrapped seperately until meal is prepared. Food must be cooked in freezer bag, or hot water can be added to bag to reconstitute dehydrated, dried, freeze dried or instant food or recipe.

Multiple backpacking type stoves to be used to cook the meals. Ideally one stove per scout, but can also share 2 scouts to a stove. Backpacking type Can be backpacking type stove (like Whisperlite or Jetboil). 3 3 2 stoves The stoves will be used to boil the water needed to cook the lunch and for clean up.
