All the products in the shop are inspired by the site itself and reflect the Iron Age and Viking culture of the islands. Some items are made exclusively for us by local artists. (All sales directly help the running of ) Entry to the Visitor Centre is free and you can browse static displays, and visit our craft room. Access: disabled access to Visitor Centre and toilets. Old Scatness is situated about 1 mile from the Airport. Follow the main road towards Lerwick and find the site on the right-hand side of the road just before the airport runway traffic lights. Parking is on the left, by the sea.
