Decisions: 1. Welcome and Introduction The coordination meeting was chaired by Acting NRA chief Bicky Lakha. The program was facilitated by district coordinator of Nuwakot HRRP Mr.Badri Pyakurel and was started by welcoming the participants and they all introduce each other. Then he presented the agendas of meeting and discussed based on this.

2. HRRP updates on reconstruction Status HRRP IMO, Mr.Buddha Singh Thakuri presented the reconstruction tranche update of based on palikas of MoFALD data and the details of Nuwakot district are also listed below as reference.

3. HRRP presented Photos HRRP presented the joint field report and photos taken during field visit of Kaule, Bhalche, Dhungenitar, Kalyanpur in which there are some issues of grievance address, some non- compliance issues and one room houses and ICIMOD closing ceremony which are discussed on the meeting. 4. Partner Organization presentation/update The development partners presented monthly update on ppt presentation. NSET: Mrs.Manisha Maharjan brief about their programs and presented the detail activities that they have conducted orientation and training till now in different former vdcs. Their major activities are as follow: Increased awareness: Orientation, Mobile clinic Enhanced capacity: Mason Training, On the job Training and Professional Training He presented that NSET has already oriented 28403 beneficiaries through 1234 events working on 9 vdcs. They trained masons under different programs 7 days masons: 1573 OJT: 1345 and 175 demo houses built through their OJT programs. They have also provided professional trainings. Practical Action; has worked on the sector of supply chain and technology transfer to the rural for better and improved quality of reconstruction materials. It has promoted the CSEB technology and stone cutting in rural as strengthen to alternative construction Materials. Oxfam is working for the relocated family from Bhalche, Lachyang and Urleni. It has completed its support to 24 hh from Urleni and remaining for under construction. Durable Solution: Mrs. Grishma Shrestha, Updated the relocation and resettlement of the geo-hazard vulnerable housing. Miscellaneous Items / AOB: 1. Discussed in different issues facing Field in individual level.

Oxafam has program to support to the 240 relocated beneficiaries from different parts of Nuwakot District. But now most of the activities are halted due to the tranche issues. That means most of the beneficiaries have taken the second and third tranche for the construction of vulnerable place. Oxfam has requested the appropriate solution. The next issue is that Japhati, Shanti Bazzar and Darme has link road issue to the purchased land.
