On 16.03.2021 Shri Ganireddy Durga Prasad, S/o Shir Ganireddy Venkata Ramana, R/o Yerni D.No.15-590, Durga Nagar, Arilova, Visakhaptnam gavea written complaint dated 16.03.2021 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, that C.B.I., A.C.B, Visakhapatnam stating his father Shri Ganiredady Venkata Ramana is business in the name and of Sri runningga style M/s Vigneswara Agencies (Food Licence No. 10118028000194) at D.No.14-121/1, Sector-3, Arilova, Visakhapatnam or the past two years, which is related to the distribution of products of Pepsico India India Private Prle-G Biscuits and Holdings Limited, Kwality Chocos; as their business is to food products, Food Safety Licence under Food relating Safety and Standards Act, 2006 is mandatory and the said Food of Licence/renewal Licence is issued by the Food Inspector, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India the Food Licence (FSSAI), Visakhapatnam; No.10118028000194 in respect of their firm M/s Agencies is by the March Vigneswara getting expired end of 2021 and hence, he visited office, on 05.03.2021 for renewal FSSAI Visakhapatnam the of Food Licence for a two after up and period of years; filling application payment of licence fee of Rs. The Director General ACB, AP, Vijayawada as per the instruction of the Principal Secretary, of Home, SC-A, Department vide Memo No.5/SC.A/A2/2021, dt. 08.04.2021 directed the Addl. S.P, ACB, Visakhapatnam Range to take necessary action vide Memo dated 09.04.2021.

The Addl. S.P, ACB, Visakhapatnam Range vide memo in C.No.1/Genl./ACB/VSP/2021, dt. 10.04.2021 instructed me to register a fresh case and take up further investigation.

Accordingly, the CBI Visakhapatnam Branch handed over the case records and case properties of this case vide Lr.No.DPVIS2021/C1/RCO8/2021/CBI/VSP/1292 dated. 15.04.2021. After taking necessary permission from the competent authority, I registered the case. Hence the FIR. The following documents are enclosed.
