While enroute to Baghdad on 9 April 2004, he was injured by Small Arms Fire when his convoy was attacked by insurgents. • David Busby (J.fissourl City, ) - Mr. Busby joined KBR in January 2004. He served on the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 4 July 2004, he was injured when a mortar detonated in his vicinity at Camp Anaconda. • Glenn cannon (, Texas) - Mr. Cannon joined KBR in March 2005. He served as a Subcontracts Administrator in Baghdad, Iraq. On 7 September 2005, he was struck by small arms fire at Camp Liberty. Mr. Cannon returned to duty after a full recovery, and currently works for KBR in Houston, Texas. • Tom Chamberlaill (Vidor. Texa.sl- Mr. Chamberlain joined KBR in November 2003. He served on the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. While enroute to Baghdad on 9 June2004, he was injured by Small Arms Fire when his convoy was attacked by insurgents. • Ernest Cook (Troy, Texul- Mr. Cook joined KBR in July 2004. He served on the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 14 March 2005, Mr. Cook was injured when his convoy was struck with an Improvised Explosive Device and insurgent Small Arms Fire while enroute to Camp Anaconda, Iraq from Mosul. He was injured while driving in a convoy bound for Taji from Cedar II when his convoy was attacked by an Improvised Explosive Device and insurgent Small Arms Fire. Mr. Haysom is a veteran of the United States Army. • BoffmaD, Mlchae1-ISmith's Grove, Kentucky)- Mr. Hoffman joined KBR in August 2003. He served in the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heav:y Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 23 March 2005, his convoy was attacked by an Improvised Explosive Device and insurgent Small Arms Fire. Mr. Hoffman is a veteran of the Kentucky National Guard. • Roupe, Gary - (Copperas Cove, Texas}- Mr. Houpe joined KBR in August 2003. He served as a Transportation Supervisor for the Theater Transportation Mission, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 04 July 2004, he was injured at Camp Anaconda when the base received insurgent mortar fire. Mr. Houpe is a veteran oCthe United States Army. • King, Donald - (Houston, Texas,- Mr. Kingjoined KBR in July 2004. He served as a Labor Foreman at Camp Volunteer. On 05 October 2004, he was injured by indirect fire while escorting local workers. Mr. King is a veteran of the United States Army. • Leed, Barry -ILanoaster, Pennsylvanla,- Mr. Leedjoined KBR in September 2004. He served in the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 21 November 2004, he was injured when his convoy was attacked by an Improvised. • McNabb, Wallace -(Lincoln, Nebraska)- Mr. McNabb joined KBR in October 2004. He served in the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. He was injured on 14 March 2005, when his convoy was attacked by an Improvised Explosive Device while enroute from Mosul to Camp Anaconda Mr. McNabb is a veteran of the United States Army. • Pardo, Paul- ,San Antonio, Texas)- Mr. Pardo joined KBR in November 2003. He served as the Food Service Supervisor at Champion Air Base in AI Ramadi. On 11 March 2004, Mr. Pardo was injured when the base received insurgent mortar fire. Mr. Pardo is a veteran of the United States Army. • Reneau, Roland - (II't Worth, Texas) - Mr. Reneaujoined KBR in May 2004. He served in the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 15 November 2004, Mr. Reneau was injured when his convoy was struck by an insurgent land mine while enroute to Camp Anaconda from AI Asad. • Sebastian, Romeo-(Lu VelD, Nevada)- Mr. Sebastian joined KBR in September 2004. He served as a Food Service Worker at Camp Liberty. On 31 May 2005, he was injured when the base received insurgent mortar fire. • 81ms, Michae1- (Decatur, Alabama)- Mr. Sims joined KBR in December 2004. He served as a Locksmith at Camp Uberty in Baghdad. On 31 May 2005, he was injured when the base received insurgent mortar fire. Mr. Sims is a veteran of the United States Anny. • Smith, KevIn - (AbUene, Texas)- Mr. Smith joined KBR in January 2004. He served as a Heavy Truck Driver in the Theater Transportation Mission, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 08 April 2004, he was injured when his convoy was attacked by insurgent Small Arms Fire and Rocket Propelled Grenades while enroute to Camp Ridgeway, Iraq. _ • Socia, Allan - (lI'rI.endswood, Texas}- Mr. Sociajoined KBR in September 2003. He served in the Theater Transportation Mission as a convoy commander, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 28 October 2004, he was injured when his convoy was attacked by an Improvised Explosive Device while enroute to camp Anaconda from AI Asad. • Williams, Joe, Jr. -(Memphis, Tennessee}- Mr. Williams joined KBR in October 2003. He seIVed in the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq. On 01 April 2005, he was injured when his convoy was attacked by an Improvised Explosive Device while enroute to Camp Anaconda from Camp Summerall. • Zimmerman, Thomas (Tommyl- (LitHe Rock, Arkansas)- Mr. Zimmerman joined KBR in February 2004. He served in the Theater Transportation Mission as a Heavy Truck Driver, supporting logistical operations in Iraq.
