Advancement of Information Technology to common people has revolutionized the functioning of all people, institutions and organizations. Use of telephone, cell phone and internet has become the most frequent way of communication. Detailed listing of contact information and residential address of all the employees of the University and related offices at one place is therefore essential for efficient communications among all. Ram Krishna Director PREFACE Sri Karan Narendra Agriculture University, Jobner was established on 13th September 2013 by Government of Rajasthan to focus on teaching, research and extension education programmes in the field of agriculture in semi-arid region with its jurisdiction area of eight district of Rajasthan viz. Sikar, Jaipur, Ajmer, Tonk, Dausa, Alwar, Bharatpur and Dholpur encompassing three agro-climatic zones of Rajasthan. With the creation of this university, a new administrative set up has been established. There have been changes of work place of a number of teaching and non-teaching staff of the University. In addition to this, there have been changes of contact details of line departments and related organizations. Therefore, for efficient communication it is essential to compile the latest contact details at one place. In view of this, Directorate of Prioritization, Monitoring and Evaluation of this University prepared the new University Telephone Directory that includes the latest information of telephone/cell numbers, emails and residential address of all the staff of the University, line departments, related organizations and utility services. Information in the directory has been covered under different sections such as Administration, Education, Research and Extension, each with further sub-sections. Sub- sections include Vice-Chancellor Secretariat, Offices of the Registrar, Comptroller, Treasury, Estate office, Controller of Examinations, Central Library, Directorates of Research, Education, Extension Education, Prioritization, Monitoring & Evaluation and Students Welfare, Colleges of Agriculture located at Jobner, Lalsot, Kumher and Fatehpur-Shekhawati, Rajasthan Agricultural Research Institute, Durgapura, two Agricultural Research Stations, four Agricultural Research Sub-Stations and seven Krishi Vigyan Kendra. The directory has been meticulously compiled and updated by Dr. A. C. Shivran and Dr. S. P. Singh based on latest available information. I wish to place on record my sincere thanks to them. The Master Plan analyzes current demographic statistics and economic issues, factors to project growth scenarios, propose solutions that mitigate negative impacts of traffic, assess infrastructure capacity, and public service needs, and allocate land as needed to ensure adequate land availability and to be able to utilize them for both present and future needs of the residents. Volume-I consist of existing profile of Jaipur district, Jaipur region and U1 area and the collected data has been used for analysis which would act as base for projections and proposals. Volume-I enumerate the following chapters: 1. Background 2. Jaipur District profile 3. Jaipur Region 4. Jaipur U1 area 5. Quality of Life District level study and conclusions are given in Jaipur District Profile chapter of volume-1 while projection and proposals for Jaipur Region and U- 1 area have been made separately give in volume -2. Planning proposal for Jaipur Region and U-1 area are based on background study of volume-1. volume-2 "Development Plan" is the second part of MDP-2025 which enumerates following : 1.     Sanitation Capacity Government of Rajasthan Building Platform Rajasthan Urban Sanitation Stakeholder Consultation Workshop A REPORT HCM RIPA Auditorium Jaipur, 21st July 2017 1 2 About Sanitation Capacity Building Platform The Sanitation Capacity Building Platform (SCBP) is an initiative of the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) with the support of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It works within the framework of Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) and Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) Urban programmes, and on the directions of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (previously known as Ministry of Urban Development). The SCBP is a platform of credible expert institutions, most of which are aligned under an umbrella body called the National Faecal Sludge and Septage Management Alliance (NFSSM Alliance). The SCBP supports activity-based Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) learning, policy and capacity building of officials of urban local bodies (ULBs), elected representatives and the private sector. The Platform has supported State Governments and city officials in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Andhra Pradesh in 2016 and has now expanded its scope to Rajasthan and national nodal training institutions for capacity building and outreach at the national level. (Brochure on SCBP: Annexure 2, SCBP Partner Profiles: Annexures 3-6). In 2016, the SCBP undertook a Capacity Needs Assessment in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Andhra Pradesh. The findings of this assessment helped identify and develop specific faecal sludge and septage management (FSSM) capacity building recommendations for beyond the six towns where the assessment was undertaken. (Recommendations in Box 1) Following this, in early 2017, NIUA and its partner Consortium of DEWATS Dissemination Society (CDD Society) undertook an assessment of 100 small towns of Rajasthan to assess the situation of urban sanitation, septage and waste water.

    Revisions to the April 2018 Adhoc Panel Resolutions of the Department Council in its Meeting of 6th August 2018 1) That the University Regulations mandate the six-monthly renewal of the Adhoc panel when all candidates must submit required forms and documents to the Department of History by the advertised deadline. Although this list is updated and renewed every six-months, as a one-time exception, for all those candidates who did not file their Adhoc forms by the April 2018 deadline, or whose forms were incomplete, a final opportunity to submit their adhoc forms and documents to the Office of the Department of History is made available till 31st August 2018. This recourse is time-bound and after 31st August 2018 the Old October 2017 Adhoc Panel will be withdrawn. Subsequently all candidates will have to wait for the regular schedule of October-April renewals to submit their Adhoc form. 2) The ambiguities in the framing of categories according to the qualifications of candidates in the adhoc panels of various departments were considered. In the opinion of DC members, under category #2 “First division at the graduation level OR PG level +PhD” should include candidates who have a third division in graduation but a first in PG + PhD. The New April 2018 Adhoc panel should be corrected to reflect this. It would also harmonise details of candidates and categories in the Old October 2017 list and the New April List.
