1. Present: Colleen Young in the chair and members David Buckingham, Warren McCall,* Eric Olauson, Yens Pedersen, and .

Substituting Members Warren McCall for Buckley Belanger (3:00 p.m. – 3:42 p.m.)

2. The committee considered the estimates for Innovation .

The Minister Responsible for Innovation Saskatchewan and the following officials appeared before the committee and answered questions:

Witnesses Innovation Saskatchewan Hon. Tina Beaudry-Mellor, Minister Kari Harvey, Chief Executive Officer Avery Vold, Acting Manager, Corporate Strategy Ministry of Advanced Education Jon Altwasser, Director, Budget Development and Sector Accountability

3. The committee adjourned consideration of the estimates for Innovation Saskatchewan.

4. The committee recessed from 3:42 p.m. until 3:49 p.m.

5. The committee considered the estimates and supplementary estimates for the Ministry of Environment.

The Minister of Environment and the following officials appeared before the committee and answered questions:

11. The committee considered Bill No. 184, The Fisheries (Saskatchewan) Consequential Amendments Act, 2019/Loi de 2019 corrélative de la loi intitulée The Fisheries (Saskatchewan)Act, 2019.
