These bills often tie reimbursement 02/06/17- Oklahoma Legislature to Medicaid rates. Convenes 02/07/17- Alabama Legislature Scope of Practice: Physician Assistant and Dentistry scope of Convenes practice expansion bills have been identified in New Mexico and 02/07/17- Virginia Bill Crossover New York. Deadline 02/08/17- West Virginia EpiPens: The AAO-HNS issued a letter of opposition to New Jersey Legislature Convenes AB4094 in October 2016, which would have required Epinephrine 02/10/17- Iowa Bill Introduction Auto-Injectors to be sold as a single unit in the state. 02/17/17- California Bill Definition of the Month: Introduction Deadline 02/23/17- South Dakota Bill “Crossover”: A "crossover" deadline is the last day that a bill may Crossover Deadline pass out of the chamber in which it was introduced and still be eligible for consideration in the opposite chamber. This day is usually 02/25/17- Virginia Adjournment a flurry of bills quickly moving. Do not be alarmed if you see a lot of Sine Die (first Adjournment) changes in your bill reports the next day.
