LOCAL INFORMATION

1. Conference venue The workshop is being held in the IIIS Seminar Room, located on the 6 th Floor of the Arts Building at Trinity College Dublin:

2. AV The lecture theatre comes equipped with standard AV facilities including fixed PC, projector and clicker. Presentation formats are accepted in 4:3 .ppt and .pdf formats.

Could participants please ensure they forward any presentation slides to Amanda Vincent- Rous, Events Officer at [email protected] by Wednesday 4 March 2015, so they can be uploaded prior to the conference.

3. Accommodation Accommodation for programme participants is based at the Davenport Hotel.

A single room, including breakfast, has been reserved for you unless otherwise requested. For those participants whose accommodation is funded, the rooms have been booked and paid for you in advance (unless otherwise agreed: rate includes maximum 2 nights’ accommodation, breakfast, taxes and Wi-Fi internet connection in all rooms).

For those participants who are staying an additional night which is not covered by CEPR, this is charged at €160 for single occupancy per night (B&B rate).

Extra person supplement is €10 per person per night made payable directly to the hotel on departure. All other incidental expenses incurred during your stay are also to be paid directly to the hotel and not covered by CEPR’s expense guidelines.

4. Directions

To and From the Airport There are two main options for travel from the Airport to Dublin City - Taxi and Aircoach. Both are easy to find outside the arrivals hall at the airport. A taxi to hotels / conference venue should take between 20-35 minutes depending on traffic and cost around €20-30 one way.

On arrival to Dublin the Aircoach stops in front of Trinity College (Grafton Street) and on North which is a 2-3 minute walk to all of the hotels. Single journey ticket is €7, and return ticket is €12. You can buy your ticket at the Airport stop. The service runs 24 hours / 7 days a week and takes 45 minutes. Hotel to Conference Venue Take a left as you exit the hotel and continue by the Merrion Hotel onto Clare Street. Follow the road and you will pass by the side entrance to the National Gallery of Ireland. Continue straight until you onto Nassau Street. Continue walking for 3-4 minutes until you reach the Nassau Street entrance to Trinity Arts Building

5. Meals

Breakfast should be taken at the hotel (included in your room rate).

Buffet lunch will be provided on the first day of the meeting. All refreshments and coffee breaks are also included and will be served at the venue.
