THE CHARLES In Summer 2019, The Charles will deliver 57 condominium units to Buckhead Village just half a mile from 371 East Paces Ferry. The Charles sales center opened in 4Q16 and has presold 60% of the project one year prior to opening. The 18-story tower offers units averaging 2,900 square feet and will sit atop 30,000 square feet of ground-level retail and a three- level parking deck. Units start at $1.3 million and go up to $3.9 million, averaging a $714 per square foot sale price. PHIPPS PLAZA EXPANSION Phipps Plaza is set it undergo a major expansion converting the shopping center into a mixed-used development, headlined by the new Nobu Hotel and restaurant. In addition to Nobu, the expansion will bring a 90,000 square-foot Life Time Fitness center, a 12-story Class A office building, and a three-story parking garage.
