Of forest area for the purpose of “Construction of Approach Road for Proposed Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Retail Outlet on Deedwana – Ladnu State Highway No. 07(Mega Highway) Road between KM Stone 131 to 134 in Khasra no. 440/291 at Village – Shimla, Tehsil - Ladnu, District- Nagaur (Rajasthan) “. I/We, hereby, undertake to pay the net present value (NPV) of the above forest land. I/we also hereby undertake to pay the additional amount of NPV, if so determined as per the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
