    Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis Named State Farm/WBCA High School Player of the Year ATLANTA – Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) High School senior Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, considered by most experts to be one of the best shooters in the country, is the 2011 State Farm®/WBCA High School Player of the Year, the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association announced today. “Congratulations to Kaleena for reaching the pinnacle of the high school game,” said WBCA CEO Beth Bass. “State Farm is synonymous with excellence and so is this student-athlete’s performance.” Mosqueda-Lewis currently is the top-ranked player in the United States according to ESPN HoopGurlz.com, which named her its national high school player of the year in 2010. She averages 22 points per game and has scored in double figures in all but one of the Monarchs’ 28 games this season.
