Friday, May 10 Kentucky Kingdom (Louisville, Kentucky) Park closed to public. 3:45 p.m. Parking lot opens (refer to parking information on next page). 4 – 5 p.m. Check-in under tent at Gate #32 adjacent to the picnic grove. After 5 p.m., a park representative will be available at same location until 7 p.m. to distribute event packets. If you are unable to pick up your materials at this scheduled time, you must contact ACE Registration Manager Dan Jones by phone before 10 p.m. Eastern time at 330.717.7570, or email [email protected], to make alternate arrangements. 5 – 7 p.m. Reception party at Craft Beer Garden with heavy appetizers, soft drinks and cash bar serving craft beer, Kentucky bourbon, wine and mixed drinks. Appetizers include shrimp and Carolina cheese grits, barbacoa beef corn tortillas with spicy slaw, steak and potato stacks with smoked asparagus, rosemary lamb lollipops with couscous, chicken and waffle biscuits with hot honey, butterscotch bourbon budino with salted caramel. Vegetarian option provided to those who requested it when registering for the event. Q&A with Ed Hart, president and CEO. 7 – 9 p.m. ERT on Kentucky Flyer, Thunder Run, Roller Skater, Flying Dutchman, The Giant Wheel, Sky Catcher and Bella Musica. 8 – 9 p.m. Ice cream served at Clock Tower Ice Cream Shop. 9 p.m. Park closes. Saturday, May 11 Kentucky Kingdom (Louisville, Kentucky) Park open 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.; waterpark closed. 8 a.m. Parking lot opens (refer to parking information on next page). 9 – 11 a.m. ERT on Kentucky Flyer, Lightning Run, Storm Chaser, Thunder Run, Roller Skater and Breakfast treats including coffee, scones and cinnamon rolls at Scoops. 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Enjoy the park on your own. Unlimited free soft drinks (wristband provided at check-in). 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Midway games – meet at Duck Pond; available games to play will be Duck Pond, Hot Shots, Cat Rack and Ring Toss. Sign-up and scoring sheets will be provided at Friday's check-in. Three highest scores will receive prizes. Winners will be announced at the buffet. 12:30 p.m. Group photo – meet by Kentucky Flyer entrance. 1 – 2 p.m. Kentucky Flyer photo tour walkback. 2 – 3:30 p.m. Picnic buffet at Hickory Picnic Pavilion. Buffet includes roasted turkey breast, grilled pork chops, smoked beef brisket, roasted brussels sprouts, baked mac & cheese, broccoli casserole, chips, special dessert and soft drinks. Black bean burgers will be provided, by request, to those who requested vegetarian when registering for the event. Cash bar serving craft beer, Kentucky bourbon, wine and mixed drinks. Silent auction and host park plaque presentation. 3:45 – 4:45 p.m. VIP tour of the park loaded with trivia, Easter eggs and future hints. Sunday, May 12 Camden Park (Huntington, West Virginia) Amusement Park open 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. 9 a.m. Parking lot opens. 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. ERT on Big Dipper, Lil' Dipper, Slingshot and Haunted House. 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Enjoy the park on your own. 1 – 2 p.m. Lunch at Woodland pavilion serving hot dogs, fried chicken, macaroni salad, potato salad, cole slaw, cookies, soft drinks, lemonade and iced tea. Vegetarian option provided to those who requested it when registering for the event. ACE has the pavilion for the entire day. Silent auction, park speaker and host park plaque presentation. 2 p.m. Big Dipper landmark plaque dedication ceremony. Group photo – meet by Big Dipper entrance. Please check your packet carefully. Report any missing items to Dan Jones, ACE registration manager, immediately. Once you leave the check-in area, you are responsible for your tickets. Please secure all tickets and treat them as you do your cash and credit cards. If you should lose, misplace or damage any of the tickets, neither ACE nor our host parks can replace them. Please return any items you do not intend to use to Dan Jones.

Please note: your conference badge must be worn at all times for all ACE-specific activities. It provides you with admission to Kentucky Kingdom on Friday and is also required for admission to ERT and all other event-related activities. PARKING: At Kentucky Kingdom, parking is free on May 10, 2019, in Ashton Adair Parking Lot located behind Kentucky Flyer. From Crittenden Drive, turn onto Phillips Lane, take the second left onto Adair Street and follow until the road ends in a parking lot near picnic pavilions. On May 11, 2019, parking is $10 per car at Kentucky Exposition Center through Gate 2 off of Crittenden Drive. Park in Lot L and enter through Kentucky Kingdom's front entrance. At Camden Park, parking is $5 per car.

LATE MORNING ERT ARRIVAL ADVISORY: Proceed to park entrance and wait for a park representative to escort you to the ERT area.

Please be aware that activities in this schedule may be subject to change owing to circumstances beyond the control of ACE or our host parks. CAMERA ADVISORY: Our host parks prohibit the use of any cameras or video recording devices on rides at all times. These include, but are not limited to, traditional cameras, mobile phones and GoPro cameras, whether handheld, worn, mounted or otherwise. Refer to park policies for exceptions.

ACE CODE OF CONDUCT: Members attending ACE events and their guests should be especially aware that their behavior affects ACE’s reputation, and they are expected to abide by ACE’s Code of Conduct to ensure that ACE is always represented in a positive manner. Members found to be in violation of the code are subject to ACE’s disciplinary procedures, which may be in the form of, but are not limited to, verbal or written warning, membership suspension or involuntary termination.
