Rice  System of rice intensification (S R I method of cultivation):Under this method water and seed saving are more and we get more than 20% yield of rice. For an area of one acre we required 2 kg of seed. Raise the seedling age of 10- 14 days. For transplanting apply 10 q/acre of well decomposed organic matter in the field and incorporate it properly .Puddle and level the field. Use the marker in the field or keep 20X20 or 25X25 cm distance. Transplant one seeding of age group 10-14 days be planted in earlier demarcated place. Keep the field alternate drying & wetting condition up to vegetative stage and after flowering stage 1 to 3 cm water, before 15 days of harvest remove all water .Foe weed control use cona weeder at 10 -15 days interval two to three times .If essential than apply little quantity of chemical fertilizers.  Broadcast method/ line sowing Rice crop could be done biasi after completion of 20-25 days age of rice seeding.  Weed control should be done in the rice crop whice has been sown by dry sowing (khurra boni) method and achieved 18-20 days age. Weed control can be done by Bispyribac sodium (10%) @ 250 ml /ha. or Phenoxyprop-p- ethyl 9.3% @ 625 ml per ha.

Kharif Crops  Farmers are advised that weeding should be done in 25-30 days old Kharif pulses crop.  receives 29 % less rainfall than normal in last week thus farmers are advised that use of mulches is beneficial to conserve moisture in soil special reference to wide spacing crops.  By seeing the condition of rainfall and information regarding soil moisture, there is an ample amount of moisture present in the soil, thus farmers are advised that this is the high time to harvest the rain water for future use in case of water deficiency.  Farmers are advised to fill up the gaps in paddy field if plants have damaged.
