The original file of the above institutions (S.No. 97 to 103) alongwith other related documents, NCTE Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines issued by NCTE from time to time, were carefully considered by NRC and the following observation was made:-

The cases were considered by NRC in the light of Order dated 15.04.2019, passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan at Jodhpur wherein the High Court has directed the NRC/NCTE to process the file ignoring all deficiencies as mentioned in the Show Cause Notice.

The Committee decided to file an application for review/recalling of the captioned order in the light of Order dated 10.09.2013 in SLP No. 4247-4248/2009. Further, the Committee has decided that the same decision shall be applicable in all similar/identical orders, if any, as and when received by NRC. The casss were considered by NRC in the light of order of Hon'ble Court dated 15.03.2019. The similar cases/orders of institutions were considered by NRC in its 299^and 300**^ meeting whereii the committee decided to file an application review/recalling of such orders. The same decisioi i is applicable to the above-mentioned files and other file of similar nature. • The B.Ed. (Shiksha Shastri) courses recognized by NRC-NCTE shall be kept in abeyance until firther clarification sought from NCTE HQ in order to process the application recogn ition as per NCTE Regulations, 2014.
