COLLEGE DIPLOMA These college-awarded qualifications are the academic equivalent of a Level 4 higher education qualification and are stand-alone qualifications granted by WCG colleges.

ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION (HE) These one-year full-time courses prepare learners to study for a degree if they don’t have the traditional qualifications at Level 3 required for direct entry. They are accepted by many universities as an alternative to A Levels or BTECs, that mature learners (aged 19 or over) may gain.
