OBJECTIVE My objective is to have the opportunity to serve as an Recruiting Coordinator and an assistant coach for the program. Through this process, I hope to gain plenty of knowledge and training on how to not only be an effective coach, but a better coach for myself and my players. Finally, to be able to aid in leading the school to a conference, regional, and national title.

SKILLS & ABILITIES I have a natural talent to teach and coach other athletes and students. I am a very outgoing individual who has no problem being with any group of students or athletes. I have the ability to scout and recruit talent for collegiate programs, as well as maintain communication with prospective student-athletes. I understand the game of and the body very well and try to apply it to my teachings with my athletes as much as I can in order for them to better understand how their body works in such ways. My expertise in this line of work is recruiting, pitching and outfield work.

EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT COACH – BRAZOS VALLEY BOMBERS: COLLEGIATE LEAGUE JUNE 2020 – AUGUST 2020 As an assistant coach with the Brazos Valley Bombers, I worked multiple roles with the team. I had the opportunity to work with both pitchers and hitters every day in order to help with player development as well as routine. With position players, I worked with the outfielders during the summer time as well as coached 1st base on game days. I would also run game day charts that would allow us to work defensive shifts based on hitter type / profile.

PITCHING COACH – ST.CLOUD ROX IN THE MAY 2019 – AUGUST 2019 As an assistant baseball coach for the Rox, my main priorities were to manage the pitching staff routines, organize pitching protocols for pre- and post- throwing. I will be working hands on in a 74-game season with some of the best talent in the country where most of our roster will be composed of draft prospects, division one and top division two baseball players. The Rox have historically been one of the best in the NWL. Other responsibilities will include throwing batting practice, hitting fungo, and being active in the developmental process of summer baseball. During my time in St. Cloud, the Rox had two pitchers selected from the All NWL Team and All- Star Team (RJ Martinez, Trevor Koenig) two pitchers signing professional contracts (Alex Carillo – , Pedro Garcia – Cincinnati Reds) Finished 7th out of 22 teams in Strike Outs thrown (564), and ERA (4.11) Tied for 3rd in Shut-Outs (6) and 1st in Batting Average Against Opposing Hitters (.224).

ASSITANT BASEBALL COACH – MCMURRY UNIVERSITY JUNE 2017 – PRESENT As an assistant baseball coach for the War Hawk program, one of my roles was to serve as first base coach on game days. Along with that, I provided input into practice planning, pitching rotations, and starting line-ups. I worked with both pitchers and outfielders during our practice sessions through various drills and exercises for their benefit. This season (2019) I am the head outfield coach. I also threw batting practice and hit fungo to the players at practice as well as after practice. Scouting and recruiting were also big parts of my job where I was actively scouting and recruiting talent throughout the year, and giving them tours of our facilities. My final role was to serve under the guidelines of the McMurry University Code of Conduct and upheld to all the rules of the NCAA.

GENERAL MANAGER –FORESTBROOK MALLARDS AUGUST 2017 – JULY 2018 The first responsibility is to recruit for the 2017 summer season. As General Manager, it is my role to fill a 25-man roster for the Steelheads and Mallards. I serve as liaison between League Owner, and the team by keeping up to date with player contracts, money that is paid toward the league and putting together the best possible team. The team in their first ever season finished 10-8-1 being the 3 seed in post-season play, and finishing 3rd after the playoffs.

STUDENT ASSISTANT BASEBALL COACH FOR HOWARD PAYNE UNIVERSITY HOWARD PAYNE UNIVERSITY AUGUST 2016- MAY 2017 My main responsibility is to assist with coaching duties in any way I can. This involves duties such as throwing batting practice, hitting ground balls and fly balls to position players, field maintenance, scouting and recruiting.

GENERAL MANAGER – CAROLINA FOREST CRAWDADS BEACH COLLEGIATE BASEBALL LEAGUE OCTOBER 2016-JULY 2017 The first responsibility is to recruit for the 2017 summer season. As General Manager, it is my role to fill a 25-man roster for the Crawdads. I serve as liaison between League Owner, and the team by keeping up to date with player contracts, money that is paid toward the league and putting together the best possible team.

HEAD COACH / GENERAL MANAGER: CONWAY CADETS BASEBALL BEACH COLLEGIATE BASEBALL LEAGUE AUGUST 2016- JULY 2019 One of the key responsibilities of the head coach during the off-season is to recruit players from all over the country for the summer team. In season, I oversee my players, manage the pitching staff, manage the offensive approach, and set day-to-day line-ups. Both years as Head Coach, our staff have held less than a 3.5 team ERA with the 2018 team finishing with 2.8 ERA along with both years having the League Individual Leader in ERA with a 0.00 from LHP Bryce Hanson in 2017, and 0.86 ERA in 2018 with LHP Cameron Goulet. In my time as GM and HC of the Cadets and Crawdads (2017), and Mallards (2018), I have produced more than 20 All-BCBL players and have had all three Cadet teams compete in the BCBL Championship, winning in 2017 & 2018 while also being awarded 2018 BCBL Coach of the Year.

STUDENT WORKER FOR HOWARD PAYNE UNIVERSITY WELLNESS CENTER HOWARD PAYNE UNIVERISTY AUGUST 2016- MAY 2017 The role of the student worker is to assist in maintaining the workout facility. These duties involve the cleaning and assistance in maintaining the longevity of workout equipment and keeping the students who use the facilities safe.

JUNE 1, 2016 – JULY 15, 2016 The responsibilities of being the head coach for one, was serving as game manager for all games. Being head coach also involved working on the fundamentals of baseball from hitting, fielding, pitching, base running and the mental approach.

AUGUST 2015- JULY 3, 2016 One of the responsibilities as assistant coach during the off season was to aid the head coach for recruiting. In my time of recruiting I brought in fifteen of the eighteen players that made up our roster. I served as the pitching coach where I managed the pitching staff as well as coached them on things such as mechanics, proper stretching, and pitcher specific drills to improve performance. In my time, I helped the Cadets reach its first Costal Division Championship, produce four all-star players for the BCBL Costal All-Star Team, served as Assistant Coach for the Coastal Division All-Stars, and became runner up in the BCBL Championship game.

With my time at McMurry, I am also a faculty sponsor of Social Club / Greek Organization: Kosari for the last year and a half where I served as a leader and role model of the club. Many members were fellow student-athletes.

My senior year for baseball in Fall 2015-Spring 2016, I served as captain of the baseball team for that year.

I also served as a student-assistant coach with Howard Payne baseball from Fall 2016 through Spring 2017.

A second leadership role I was a part of was being a middle school youth leader for my church in the summers of 2011-2013 at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX.
