Chairman's Message Vol. 15 No. 2 Rainbow Newsletter October - December, 2019 October - December 2019 CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE Dear Friends, Yet another issue of our publication is with you! We are going through tough economic times as global recession has not spared any country. Our Government is making efforts to set the situation right by having announced a stimulus package for the Industry. However, more steps need to be initiated so as to boost the sagging sales of products and services as well as the morale of citizens. All recessionary trends are cyclical and this phase too shall pass as History has shown. Meanwhile, on the brighter side, the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has made our cities look cleaner and the general public is showing greater awareness towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in and around their neighborhoods. The discontinuance of plastic too shall benefit citizens as it is a very toxic substance nda consistent use harms our environment. I am sure you will enjoy perusing through the Issue! Dr N.L.
