3. Minutes of the last meeting - To approve the minutes of the Full Council meeting held on Tuesday 8th January 2019.

4. Public Questions and Comments - To receive and respond to questions from the public for up to 10 minutes. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes.

5. Annual Assembly i) To decide the format for the Annual Assembly on 19th March 2019 ii) To decide any further actions required.

6. Annual Meeting of the Council i) To decide a date of the Annual Meeting (Must be within 14 days of the Election on 2nd May 2019)

7. Financial report • The schedule of Accounts will be tabled at the meeting for agreement. • To review and approve the schedule of payments for February 2019. • To receive the Year to Date update. • To approve 5 additional hours for the Clerk for work done on the Grounds Maintenance Tender.

8. Pocket Parks Scheme i) To decide if EPC is willing to match fund the required 30% (approx. £8K) to apply for a grant of £25K to the Pocket Parks Scheme.

9. Garden Plot Licence (supporting documents to be circulated separately) i) To decide whether EPC wishes to continue to provide Garden Plots. ii) If so, is EPC willing to sign the new agreement with HCC. iii) To authorise back payment for previous years’ licences.

10. Planning a) To provide an update on Council’s Local Plan. b) To decide whether to review and comment on Wokingham Borough’s Local Plan. c) To decide a consultee response on the Planning Applications listed below.

11. Grounds Maintenance Tender To award the contract for Grounds Maintenance to commence on 1 April 2019.
