Participants are advised that , Monday, May 20, 2019 is an industry holiday in . CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc., (CDS) will be open for U.S. dollar settlements only. The Canadian Exchanges, Transfer Agents and Banks will be closed on this day. DTCC and the U.S. Exchanges will be open. U.S. Settlement Processing

CDS would like to advise Participants of the processing responsibilities for Monday, May 20, 2019 due to U.S. dollar settlements being processed in CDSX.

Since this is an industry holiday in Canada, CDS will be restricting ALL activity in Canadian dollars. This includes, CNS, Trade-for-Trade and entitlement processes. However, it is NOT a holiday in the U.S. and normal processing of transactions in U.S. dollars will occur. This means that CDS will permit and be obligated to settle all cross-border transactions on this day.

Consequently, CDS will operate its normal CDSX schedule of activity on Monday, May 20, 2019 for U.S. dollar transactions including the On-line regions will be available between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM (ET).

Participants who do not wish to have any payment exchange obligations, will need to inform their Relationship Manager at CDS before Thursday May 17, 2019. This will provide adequate time to ensure that your profile (form attached) is updated to reflect the restriction of U.S. funds.

New York Link and DTC Direct participants will follow their normal processes for this holiday. · RegSHO closeout processing will follow the normal process for this holiday. · RBM COLLATERAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE DELIVERED TO CDS BY 9:00 AM EASTERN TIME ON MAY 20, 2019.
