2. Please estimate the amount and type of events per facility each year that will require this support.

• Pratt & Whitney Stadium can require anywhere from 7-12 technical support days of the highest level. • XL Center can require anywhere from 110-130 technical support days.

3. Please provide expected crewing requirements for Football, (Mens vs Women's if there is any difference), and Hockey.

• Football – 22 • Soccer - 22 • Men’s Basketball – 7 • Women’s Basketball – 7 • Hockey - 8

4. Please confirm that as part of vendor services we will be required to augment the existing technical gear with additional technical gear, as needed per event, which costs will need to be pre-approved by Spectra. For example, securing four more cameras to create a seven camera compliment for a football game.

• We expect the vendor to provide additional equipment that is either owned or rented. Spectra must pre-approve the cost of rental or purchasing of equipment used at either building. 5. Please confirm there is no on-site parking fees associated with these events for selected vendor.

• Pratt & Whitney Stadium – There are no on site parking fees • XL Center – There will be two designated spots within the facility for parking. Other crew members will park off site at their own expense.

6. If chosen, can Broadcast Management Group be granted access to watch current execution for review of operational procedures?

• Yes, based on establishing mutually agreeable date

7. Item 4 & 11: Regarding "working capital requirements”, is this the capital needed to cover payroll, additional equipment and other expenses for the event crews for the period between when an invoice is submitted to when that invoice is paid?

• Yes, all of the above.

8. Once an invoice is submitted promptly after the event, what are the terms of payment or specifically how many days after submission does it take to receive payment for that invoice?

• Typically, 60 days

9. Based on the above questions, what do you estimate the highest amount of working capital needed in dollars during the peak of the to be?

• Unknown

10. Do you anticipate any other needs for working capital?

• Not at this point

11. Item 2 & 6: Regarding Turnkey operation, in addition to the all aspects of event operations, we observed that there is a QSC Q-Sys audio control system at Rentschler Field. We understand that system requires a certain level of certification for any parameter adjustments beyond off/on and normal volume control. Would you require the proposer’s Technical Engineer to be certified in Q-Sys (ie: Q-Sys Level 2) for the proper operation and adjustments of that system?

• Yes, Pratt & Whitney Stadium and the XL Center would require the Technical Engineer to be certified for any and all equipment listed.

12. Item 13: Do you require that the production company own the equipment that is needed and provide backup for said equipment?

• It is preferred that all equipment is owned, but a rental will suffice with sufficient advance notice.

13. Will you need video and audio equipment readily available for possible immediate dispatch any last-minute needs?

• Yes, there should be always be backup equipment available in the case of any malfunctions. This can be discussed with the Event Manager prior to each event of any possible backup needs.

14. Regarding supplemental equipment, is there a certain quality standard or level of functionality/compatibility that needs to be met for the event licensees? (ie: standard collegiate-level system such as Ross Carbonite/Xpression, broadcast-quality 2/3 in. cameras with CCU’s and remote shading, 36x lenses, video converters, etc.)

• Vendor should adhere to all multi sport quality standards per conference or league requirements. Ie, requirement is to build show through Ross Xpression.

15. Item G: It was our observation at the mandatory walkthrough that there were at total of three (3) respondents present. Item G, as well as the “Mandatory Tour and Site Inspection” section states that all respondents must attend both of the mandatory walkthroughs at the specified date and times so can you confirm that the three respondents that were present are indeed the totality of respondents eligible to bid?

• Yes, all three respondents were present at the walkthrough of each building.

16. For confidentiality reasons as well as to accommodate varying wages for each position, would it be acceptable to list just the hourly total maximum of items A1, A2 & A3?

• No, each position must be filled out individually with the hourly rate.

17. Being that bonding is normally required for construction projects in there is no construction project in the RFP to bond, will bonding be required for the services requested in the RFP?

• No, not at this time; subject to change

18. Is liability, workmen's comp and equipment coverage required? If so, what limits and coverages? (ie: $5 million liability umbrella, etc.)

• Service provider shall obtain, at its own cost and expense, commercial general liability insurance in the name of Service Provider that names Global as a named insured (CRDA as additionally insured). Such insurance shall be written with a limit of at least Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) combined single limit for bodily injury, property damage and personal injury.

Service provider shall also maintain, at its own cost and expense, workers’ compensation insurance in respect of all employees, players and any borrowed, leased or other person to whom such compensation may be payable by Service Provider.
