THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (THE DISTRICT OF NORTH WEST LEICESTERSHIRE) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2017(SHORTHEATH ROAD AND LAUD CLOSE, MOIRA) (AMENDMENT 4) ORDER 201

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it proposes to make two Orders under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be:

1. To impose No Waiting at Any Time on part of Choyce Close, Coalville 2. To impose No Waiting at Any Time on part of Shortheath Road, Moira

A copy of the proposed Orders, together with plans illustrating the proposals and an explanatory statement giving the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours at my offices, Room 200, County Hall, Glenfield, LE3 8RA, at the offices of North West Leicestershire District Council, Whitwick Road, Coalville, LE67 3FJ and Ashby Woulds Town Council, Council Offices, 17 Ashby Road, Moira, Swadlincote, Derby DE12 6DJ. Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by not later than 15 th December 2017, quoting reference JM/HTWMT3757 in respect of the proposals on Shortheath Road, Moira and JM/HTWMT/3758 in respect of the proposals on Choyce Close, Coalville.
