WBC International Championships … just staged …

June 29th 2018 by Aram Davtyan Pabellon Camilo Cano, La Nucia Comunidad Valenciana, Spain WBC International vacant Silver Bantamweight Championship Narek Abgaryan (Armenia) W UD 10 Jesus Galicia Alvarez (México) Very good win for Armenia’s Narek Abgaryan against big-heart southpaw Galicia. WBC International SuperLight-weight Championship 02 Arena, (UK) 23rd June 2018 by Frank Warren Paul Kamanga (defending champion – 21-1-0, 12 – Aged 24 - Congo) Lost KO 2 Ohara Davies (challenger – now 18-1-0, 14 - UK – aged 26)

OHARA DAVIES stopped WBC International SuperLight weight defending champion Paul Kamanga to become the new title holder. The powerful Hackney man secured a stunning second-round stoppage win to lift the crowd to their feet. Davies used the first round to work out his angles with Kamanga. Adopting a back-foot stance and firing out a left jab, there wasn’t much between the two, but Davies’ more measured style would have caught the judges’ eyes. By the second round it was all over and we had a new belt-holder.
