For application for formal approval after minor’s arrival at Hong Kong and obtained the quarantine order, the accompanying person can call the 24-hour hotline provided on the quarantine order to submit an application. The accompanying adult and the inbound traveller have to be quarantined in the same hotel room and are not allowed to leave until the end of the quarantine period.
