Virgin Money will be making important changes to the Reward Me Home Loan, from Monday 25 May 2020.

Changes To The Offer

With widespread travel restrictions in place, Velocity Frequent Flyer temporarily pausing some redemptions, and currently working through voluntary administration, Velocity Points will no longer be available on new Virgin Money Reward Me Home Loans from 25 May 2020.

If your customer has applied prior to 25 May 2020 and their home loan settles by 31 August 2020, they will still earn Velocity Points upfront, ongoing and on anniversaries.

Existing Reward Me Home Loan customers are not impacted and will continue to earn Velocity Points.

Please update all systems and libraries from 25 May 2020.

Please remove all reference to Velocity Points from all product descriptions and special features section on the aggregator platform.
