NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT, 1949 COUNTY COUNCIL Survey of Public Rights of Way Notice is hereby given that the Northamptonshire County Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Sections 29 and 34 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act, 1949 have determined to modify the particulars contained in the revised maps in draft form for the areas specified in the First and Second Schedules hereto by the deletion of the public paths or roads used as public paths described in the First Schedule hereto and by the addition of the public paths or roads used as public paths described in the Second Schedule hereto. The said paths are shown on maps which have been deposited at the respective places specified in the second column of the Third Schedule and are available for inspection free of charge to all persons interested during the times indicated in the third column of the Third Schedule. Any representation or objection with respect to these determinations may be made in writing to the undersigned before llth February 1961 and shall state the grounds upon which it is made.
