ANNUAL REPORT 2019 • VERMONT HISTORICAL SOCIETY 2 It is my pleasure to report that the Vermont Historical Society continues to fulfill its mission of engaging both Vermonters and “Vermonters at heart” in the exploration of our state’s rich heritage.

Staff and volunteers continue to pour their hearts into this institution, its programs, and its collections. One of the most important projects completed this year was the promulgation of our strategic plan.
