2010 Tiamo Provincia di Pavia, Barbera There is one commonality among all bearing the Tiamo label.

They’re crafted using organically grown grapes. Those grapes come from several , and the owners of Tiamo — the Master and Sager families — choose to deal only with the top growers of a given region. For the 2010 Tiamo Barbera, the grapes were grown in the Oltrepo Vineyards, located in the Pavia area — near the towns of , , and — between Genoa and in Italy’s region. It’s an area known for red winegrapes, and some of the vines in the region have been producing for more than a century. Tiamo is Italian for “I love you,” and we think you’re going to love the Tiamo Barbera, which one member of our tasting panel describes as “the quintessential pasta .” It’s medium-bodied, robust, floral and fruitful — all qualities associated with grapes grown with care.
