HBC narrative as follows: I am writing to let you know that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government in respect of the proposed development on the above site. The appeal is against the Council's refusal of Tree Preservation Order consent. The appeal is to be decided on the basis of an exchange of written statements by the Council and the appellant and a site visit by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State.

We will forward copies of all representations made to us in relation to the application, before it was determined, on to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant. The Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will consider these representations when determining the appeal.
