We are delighted that you are able to join us for Marshall Elementary PTO’s 5th Annual Bingo and Basket Night Fundraiser. The Marshall PTO hopes that your evening is both fun and memorable. We thank you for being a part of this special night that is a key fundraiser for our school. All event proceeds directly benefit the classrooms at Marshall Elementary.

We thank the entire Marshall Community for its spirit, creativity, and commitment in support of our school. These generous gifts of time and talent truly demonstrate your dedication to our Marshall students and teachers.

We created this electronic catalog to provide you with a preview of the new and exciting items that are available this year.

BINGO NIGHT ACTIVITIES

Family Bingo Night is more than just Bingo games and Family Fun! Here is a list of the planned activities:

BINGO GAMES  We will play several games of Bingo each with several winners  1 Bingo Card = 1 Ticket ($1.00)  You may use the same Bingo card for all games  Please turn cards in at the end of the event

BASKET & SPECIAL PRIZE LUCK OF THE DRAW  Each classroom contributes a themed basket  Each ticket entry gives you a chance to win your favorite baskets - winners determined by drawing  You do not need to be present to win  Bring your address labels to use on your tickets and save yourself some writing!  1 Basket Ticket = $1.00

TICKETS: Bingo/Baskets/Premium Luck of the Draw/Concessions tickets on sale in Signet hallway and 2 areas in the gym. $1.00 each for baskets & Tier 2 Premium Prizes, and $5 for Tier 1 Premium prizes: cash, check or charge. (2.75% convenience fee on all credit card purchases)

BASKETS: located on the stage, enter by ramp in hallway

PREMIUM LUCK OF THE DRAW: Located in the back of gym. $1 ticket or $5 entry form needed. (Trade in 5 - $1 tickets for an entry form.)

E.D.G.E. PARTY TRAILER: FIRST SESSION STARTS AT 6:20: 5 tickets for 20 minutes, ticket drop table in Signet Hallway, trailer located outside. Announcement will be made for gamers to line up in Signet hall at their assigned game time and will be escorted to and from trailer. Chaperones are provided by E.D.G.E. Schedule of Events:

Once again this year there will be a “Spotlight on Marshall Elementary Faculty and Staff”. The faculty and staff at Marshall Elementary School are some of the most thoughtful, caring, and hard-working people around, and they are all deserving of our appreciation.

This is your chance to recognize an exceptional teacher or staff member by putting his or her name into a drawing for one of three prizes. With these 3 special prizes, you purchase tickets and write the name of a Marshall Faculty or Staff member on the tickets to enter them for a chance to win that special prize.

Marshall Elementary PTO Luck of the Draw Procedures and Rules

1. Preview and ticket drop begins at 6:00 pm for all classroom baskets, special baskets, and Premium Luck of the Draw items.

2. Each basket has a ticket box. Write your name, and phone number on all tickets before placing them in the ticket boxes. Once dropped, tickets cannot be withdrawn.

3. Tickets for all classroom baskets and Premium Tier 2 Luck of the Draw items are $1.

4. Entries for all Premium Tier 1 Luck of the Draw items are $5. Turn in 5 - $1 tickets for one (1) entry form at the ticket table near the Premium prizes. Write your name, and phone number on the entry form before placing it in the ticket box. Once dropped, entry forms cannot be withdrawn.

5. All items are sold as is; all sales are final. Neither the Marshall PTO makes any representation or warranty as to the condition, authenticity or quality of any item. No exchanges, refunds or changes can be made.

6. Pay close attention to the restrictions set forth on ticket vouchers and gift certificates.

7. If you are the winner of an item, you are obligated to take the item home with you or make arrangements ahead of time for a PTO representative to secure it until you can pick it up at Marshall Elementary.

8. Tickets may be paid for by cash, check made out to “Marshall PTO,” or credit card.

9. Any disputes will be resolved by the Marshall PTO. The decision of the Marshall PTO is final.
