Anand Mohan Agrawal is serving the GLA University, Mathura as the Pro- Vice-Chancellor and the Director of the Institute of Business Management. He has a doctoral degree from the ISM Dhanbad. He completed his graduation as well as MBA from the BIT, Mesra. He started his career from the ISM Dhanbad where he worked close to a decade at various positions. From there, he moved to AICTE as a Director and subsequently, an advisor. Then on, he changed his workplace once more and came to his alma mater, namely BIT Mesra, where he went on to become a Dean. Next, he worked at the BITIC, Muscat as a Director and Dean. He has pub- lished 28 research papers as well as presented 26 research papers in international and national conferences/seminars. Eni Ahmeti graduated from Epoka University with a Bachelor’s Degree in In- ternational and Management. During her academic years she was engaged in volunteering activities with international organisations and summer programs in USA. Because of these engagements, she experienced firsthand the importance of maintaining good relations with other parties in an organisation and how the outcome depended on those relationships. Thus, she was encouraged to write her Graduation Project on Supply Chain Management in Construction Operations.

Raj V. Amonkar is a B.Tech. in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Opera- tions Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Raj attended the Process Business Management Programme at University of Warwick, UK and also completed the and Supply Manager Course at Syngenta’s Supply Chain Academy. He is pursuing PhD at BITS Pilani, Goa campus. Raj is currently Associate Professor in the area Production & Operations Management at Goa Institute of Management since November 2011. E. (Bert) Annevelink is working as senior scientist at WFBR since 2006 and before that, he worked at IMAG, another research institute in Wageningen, since 1986. He holds an MSc Degree in Forestry from Wageningen Agricultural University, and a PhD in Agricultural Mathematics/Operational Research also

Since 1996, he has applied his knowledge on these topics to the field of bioenergy and biorefinery research. This has resulted in contributions to several simulation and optimization models on biomass logistics. Managing bioenergy and biorefinery related research at Wageningen UR has always been an important aspect of his work. He was co-founder of the Dutch Biorefinery Knowledge Network, project coordinator of the EU FP6 CSA project BIOPOL (on the assessment of BIOrefinery concepts and the implications for agricultural and forestry POLicy) and member of the editorial board of the Dutch Roadmap Biore- finery, that was produced for the Dutch Government. Furthermore, he participated in the EU FP7 CSA project StarColibri where he was co-author of the Biorefinery vision 2030 and the European Research Roadmap 2020. Recently he was involved in the FP7 S2Biom project as leader of the work package on the logistic organisa- tion of lignocellulosic biomass feedstocks. Currently he is WP-leader in the EU- project AGROinLOG and involved in the EU-projects BECOOL and MAGIC. In 2017-2018, he was coordinator at Wageningen UR of the research theme Circular & biobased Economy. Bert has already been participating in IEA Bioenergy Task42 Biorefinery since the task meeting in Lille in 2010, and acts as active Task Leader for this triennium (2019-2021).

Smriti Asthana is an Assistant Professor at CII School of Logistics, Amity Uni- versity, Delhi NCR, India. She received her PhD in Management and Certification from IIT Madras in Foundations of Supply Chain Management. Her research and teaching interests are in the area of International Logistics, Supply Chain Manage- ment, International Business Operations and Third-Party Logistics with specific focus on Performance Measurement of Third-Party Logistics Organizations in the Indian Logistics Industry. Victoria Muerza is an Assistant Professor at the University of Zaragoza, area of Quantitative Methods for Business and Economy. She has been certified as a Expert and a Expert by the National Distance Education University (UNED). Yanamandra Ramakrishna currently works as Assistant Professor and Chair of Quality and Risk Management Committee in Skyline University College, Sharjah, UAE. Joost Snels is senior scientist at Wageningen Food & Biobased Research since 2000. He studied Logistics and Business Administration at the University of Applied research at Tilburg. After graduation het studied Business Economics, major in Lo- gistic Management at Tilburg University, The Netherlands. Since 2000 he is working at Wageningen Food & Biobased Research, the R&D organisation for sustainable innovation in the areas of healthy food, sustainable fresh food chains and biobased products. He is senior scientific researcher and project manager with experience in the field of product quality driven international supply chain management. Since 10 years he has been involved in several projects that focus on preventing and reducing food waste and food losses in international food chains.

Vandana Srivastava is a faculty of Information Systems & Management. She is currently associate with CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India as an Adjunct Faculty in the area of Business Analytics. Luca Urciuoli is Associate Professor at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Department of Industrial Economics and Management. Currently, he is also Adjunct Professor at the MIT - Zaragoza Logistics Center (Zaragoza, Spain), and research affiliate at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics (Boston, US). He has a MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, from Chalmers University of Technol- ogy, Gothenburg, and a PhD from the Engineering university of Lund. In the past, he has been working at the research unit of the Volvo group as a project manager developing telematics services in the areas of transport and logistics optimization, security, and uptime management and diagnostics. He also led the research of the Cross-border Research Association in Switzerland and collaborated in several con- sultancy and FP7 research projects, with a focus on topics like e-Customs, trade facilitation, supply chain security, waste and postal supply chains. Prior to moving to Stockholm, Dr Urciuoli was Associate Professor at the MIT Global scale center in Zaragoza, Spain, teaching in the MIT master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management both in Zaragoza and Boston. In addition, he was doing research in the fields of risk and resilience, network design, biomass supply chains and digital supply chains.

Jan E. G. van Dam is senior scientist at the institute Food and Biobased Research of Wageningen UR, with specialization in the application research for sustainable lignocellulosic fibre in industrial processes. He studied bio-organic chemistry and pharmacognosy at the Utrecht State University. His PhD thesis was on the develop- ment of semisynthetic bacterial polysaccharide vaccines. He has been working on chemical and biochemical carbohydrate modification and processing of plant fibres and various polysaccharides for non-food application developments. He was vice- president of the European Polysaccharide network of Excellence (EPNOE 2002- 2018). He has been involved in a large number of projects addressing fibre formation, fibre processing and quality, application development in paper and pulp, textiles, composites and building materials. He has been initiating international cooperation (China, Chile, Malaysia, India) for fibre crop innovation and biorefinery process- ing (flax, hemp, jute, coconut, cotton, kenaf, kapok, sisal, bamboo, sugar beet) and sustainable development of biobased materials including agricultural byproducts use such as palm oil residues, coffee residues and lignin application. He has been advising in several renewable building projects and to the Dutch Government for green building policy and transition of the circular textile. He has been supervisor and co-promotor in several PhD thesis programs.
