Admission to FYJC ( Standard 11th ) (2021-22) In-House Quota : Centralized On-line Admission Process

There are reserved seats for admissions to XI standard Arts / Science at Abasaheb Garware College for the students of schools of Maharashtra Education Society. It is known as in-house quota. The students who are interested to take admission in Abasaheb Garware College through In-House quota need to fill the Google form. The link for Google form is as follows. https://forms.gle/xh73mR4XQpHKjupW9 The Schedule for In-House Quota Admission is as follows- Last date of Acceptance of form :- 21st August 2021 till 5.00 pm Display of Merit List :- 23rd August 2021 at 11.30 am on website (https://garwarecollege.mespune.in/) Date of Admission :- 23rd and 24th August 2021 till 5.00 pm. To confirm your admission in the Junior college click on ‘ PROCEED FOR ADMISSION’ in the student login ( https://pune.11thadmission.org.in/ ) and go for admission. 1. For securing admission to 11th std. in our college, students should fill the online form available on the college website https://garwarecollege.mespune.in under Admission tab OR https://agc.vriddhionline.com/ as per the dates given in the notice. 2. Students should create login credentials i.e. username (mail id) and password using Vriddhi on-line form. Note: Students will require these credentials for next year (12th admission). 3. Admission link will be available from 23/08/2021, 11 AM onwards to 24/08/2021 till 4.00 PM. 4. Students should fill the form completely and upload the documents in jpg format mentioned in the on-line form. 5. Please take printout and submit Admission form along with necessary documents at the time of admission. Incomplete forms will not be processed further. 6. Venue of the Admission: - AV Hall, MES Abasaheb Garware College campus. 7. The documents will be checked by the admission committee. 8. After the verification of the documents admission committee will approve the form. If the required documents are not uploaded, the form will be sent back to the students again. TO AVOID THIS STUDENTS SHOULD UPLOAD ALL THE REQUIRED AND CORRECT DOCUMENTS. 9. Students will get message about the fees to be paid for the academic year 2021-22. They should pay the fees on-line through payment gateway on the dates given to confirm the admission. (In case of receiving error message even after paying fees, ignore it if the amount is debited from your account.) 10. Students availing Freeship / Scholarship (SC / ST / NT / OBC / SBC / Concession in fees STC / PTC / Ex-Serviceman) have to pay the fees accordingly.

11. After securing the admission to FYJC (std. 11th), a separate application form for Bifocal Course should be filled. The Link for Bifocal Course :- https://forms.gle/5D5y5WqvZaxzQbb97 This admission is on Merit basis and as per the reservation rules. Separate lists for these subjects will be displayed later. If students get admission to Bifocal Course, he/she has to pay extra fees along with the regular college fees. 12. All other subjects will be allotted as per merit and intake capacity of the subjects. 13. There are limited number of seats for Geography. The admission will be stopped as soon as all the seats get filled. 14. The rules for cancellation of admissions are as per the rules of School Education and Sports Department, Govt. of Maharashtra. The following scanned documents should be uploaded for on-line admission and should be submitted along with admission form (whichever is applicable).
