IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
Buses must park (1) in “Q” lot east of Western Hall, (2) in the lot #5 south of Browne Hall, (3) in the lot north of Corbin Hall, or (4) in the circle drive to the east of Corbin-Olson Residence Halls. Do not park in restricted lots.
Unload students and equipment at the northwest corner of the University Union Building (Lot 17). Per instructions of Parking Services/Public Safety, buses/vans are not to unload on Murray Street in front of the Union (south side) for safety reasons and also to avoid congestion on Murray Street.
Directions: At the four-way stop (corner of Western Avenue and Riverview Drive), turn into the parking lot which is north of the Beu Health Center and Knoblauch Hall and south of the Leslie F. Malpass Library. After unloading Concert Band equipment in Lot 17, enter the Union Building at that corner, then proceed through the Murray Street Cafe (doorway just after you enter the building) to the elevator, which is located in the concourse area on the same level. Buses can then proceed across Western Avenue and park in “CA” lot at the corner of Western Ave. and Riverview Drive.
Other Vehicles - any lot on campus where available. There are some metered lots.

Registration and meeting site for District IV IMEA.
Rehearsal location for the Senior High Concert Band.
University Union, Heritage Room
Rehearsal location for the Junior High Chorus.
Western HallGym
Rehearsal location for Junior High Concert Band.
Location for FINAL CONCERT of all ensembles (2:00 PM - Elementary and Junior High; 4:30 PM - Senior High). Western Hall is located on University Drive, an east-west street on the north side of campus. Park in Q-lot and enter on the north side of building.
College of Fine Arts & Communication Recital Hall (North side of Simpkins Hall) Rehearsal location for Senior High Chorus. Buses/vehicles park in designated lot south of Browne Hall (#5). Enter the parking lot from Western Avenue, which street is on the west side of campus.

Rehearsal location for Senior High Orchestra.
Browne Hall, Room 130
Rehearsal location for Junior High Orchestra. Unload students and equipment in parking lot south of Browne Hall. Enter the parking lot from Western Avenue, which street is on the west side of campus. Music Department entrances are from the east side of building - one being in the corner of the north-south and east-west wings of the building (upside down “L”), and the other is from the east end of the east-west wing.
Multi-Cultural Center
Rehearsal location for Elementary Chorus. Buses can unload in Q-Lot right next to Western Hall, as the students will start there on Saturday morning. After unloading, please park the buses in Q-lot.
