Performance Work Statement (PWS)

for
April 2015 Pakistan Defense Resources Conference

21 – 23 April 2015.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE: Ranges between 45 and 85 people over 3days.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Hotel or other facility with conference room, located within 5 miles of DSCA, located at 201 12th St So, Arlington, VA and within .5 mile of a metro station with a direct line to the Crystal City and Pentagon metro stations.

STYLES OF ROOM FOR THE EVENT: U-shapeor conference style preferred with chairs around the perimeter of the room

Note 1: Conference rooms that cannot be set up to accommodate U-shape, use square or conference as an alternate. All tables require skirts. Contractor shall setup tables and AV equipment each day. Contractor shall remove the equipment on the last day.

Note 2: Coffee/tea/juice and some type of pastry/muffin for the leadership meeting, to be held in a small conference room near the main (85-person) conference room. Coffee/tea/juice and some type of pastry/muffin for morning break; coffee/tea/sodas and a snack such as cookies/fruit for afternoon break. Coffee pots to be kept full 7:30AM-4:00PM with additional coffee requested as needed. Either halal-prepared or seafoodis required for lunch with a vegetarian option.

LODGING REQUIREMENT: At least 45 lodging roomsblocked for participants from 19 – 25 April. Participants will be responsible for making their own reservations. Any rooms not booked within one week of the event will be returned to the hotel.

Manpower ReportingRequirement:Thecontractorshall report ALL contractorlaborhours (includingsubcontractor labor hours)required for performanceof services providedunder this contractforDSCA via secure data collection site. The Contractor is required tocompletelyfill in allrequireddatafields usingthefollowingweb address: Reportinginputs will be for the laborexecuted duringthe period ofperformance during eachGovernment fiscalyear(FY), whichruns October1 through September 30.
