Dear Infant/Toddler Families

Dear Infant/Toddler Families,

The school year is right around the corner and we need to be getting registered for the school year. If you are interested in enrolling your child in our preschool program you need to complete the enrollment and tuition express forms and return them to “Simon Says” by August 1st. The enrollment form is completed online. Once these documents have been received we will agree upon a date to pull the registration fee and deposit (one week of tuition) out of your registered account. You will have 30 days after enrollment to complete the Immunization and the Over the Counter Forms (all other forms due before the first day of school).Payments for your monthly tuition will be automatically taken from your account on the date you request.Please call for the Fall start date. Keep in mind we do have a waiting list, so please complete forms by the above due date.

The following items are to be brought (please label all items) on your child’s first day:

• Small Light blanket (Toddler Room Only)
• Diapers and 2 packages of wipes
• Pacifiers, any ointments
• 2 Bottles, formula and or breast milk (Infant Room Only)
• Change of clothing (Including socks and underwear) Weather appropriate!!
• FAMILY PHOTO FOR OUR FAMILY TREE

On your arrival of your first day the teachers will welcome you and give you guidance on some of the basic policies of the classroom (Reminder: Please remember to sign in and out). Please be patient, because many new children may be starting on that same day. Bring your child in and try to get them involved in one of the many activities. Please allow at least 15-20 minutes for your child to adjust and with the teachers O.K. you may leave. If your child is comfortable go ahead and leave, if your child is having problems separating please use the teacher’s guidance and they will address the issue.
