Dear Friends of St. Ephrem,

The St. Ephrem School communitywould like to thank you for your kind support of the 2017bChance and Auction Night and invite you again to join our efforts to support St. Ephrem School. Chance and Auction 2018will benefit the close to 500 children enrolled in the school and allow our teachers to challenge them academically, socially and physically to be agents of positive change for future generations in this community.

Last year, your donation helped us raise over $75,000 which directly benefitted our school’s technology efforts! This year’s Chance and Auction night will be Saturday, April 7, 2017. We know that your business supports education and believes in the mission of schools like St. Ephrem. As you know, the success of this event depends on the generous and creative donations we receive. With hope that your business will again support this important fundraiser, we are appealing to you for a donation or sponsorship. Donations will be raffled or auctioned off via “silent auction.” Because we are a non-profit organization, all donations are tax deductible.

Your Elite, Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorship also gives you two major opportunities to have your company in front of St. Ephrem’s families. Your company will be included in:

·The 2017 Chance and Auction program booklet in April. The program is given to the several hundred people who attend our annual fundraiser and used throughout the evening. This is a prime opportunity to show that your company supports education in Bensalem.

·The 2018-19 Family Directory, which will be distributed to every school family. This directory will be used all year and will keep your company front and center in the minds of your customers.
